About Us
Ardinn Homes is a subsidiary of R Davidson Ltd, a well established and respected joinery and building company, based in the market town of Turriff, Aberdeenshire.
The company was started in 2005 by Richard and Teresa Davidson and has become synonymous with quality workmanship and service.
The company secures a significant amount of business on recommendations from previous clients.
The majority of the new house builds are in timber frame construction but we also build traditionally using a double block construction and both options can be finished externally in natural stone, granite, timber or concrete block and roughcasting.
Ardinn Homes has a workforce of over forty staff and has its own stonemasons, joiners, bricklayers, slaters and roof tilers.
The company also produce timber frame house kits and joinery products from its manufacturing facility, the components are manufactured for its own building programme and for a supply only basis.
Ardinn Homes provide a personal and friendly service in all its negotiations with clients regarding their new home and can offer experienced advice on all aspects of the house building process, to ensure all options are considered.
